    Mandi Bunga is a luxurious self-care experience inspired by traditional Asian wellness practices. Each week, you'll receive a beautifully curated box of fresh flowers, designed to enhance your bath and bring a moment of relaxation and renewal to your routine.
  2. How does the subscription work?
    Our subscription service delivers a Mandi Bunga bloom box to your door based on the frequency you choose-weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Simply select your preferred subscription plan, and we'll handle the rest.
  3. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
    Yes, you can easily pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through our customer portal. If you're going on vacation or need to take a break, just pause your subscription and resume when you're ready. Life happens, and we understand.
  4. How do I pay for my subscription?
    Payments are automatically processed on the billing date associated with your subscription plan. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and all transactions are securely processed. You will be notified before any charges are made to your account.
  5. Can I customize my box?
    We aim to create a serene, luxurious experience with every delivery. Our boxes are carefully curated and customized by our floral designers. The white, scented blooms in your box will vary from week to week based on seasonal availability.
  6. When will I receive my deliveries?
    Deliveries are made on [specific days], depending on your location. We will provide an estimated delivery date when you subscribe, and you will receive notifications about upcoming deliveries.
  7. What if I'm not home during the delivery?
    That's okay. Our flower boxes are designed to withstand a few hours of being left at your doorstep. If you have specific delivery instructions, such as leaving the box with a neighbor or in a designated safe spot, please let us know in advance.
  8. Do you deliver outside of Kuala Lumpur?
    Currently, we deliver within the greater Kuala Lumpur area. However, we are working on expanding our delivery zones, so stay tuned for updates!
  9. What if my flowers arrive damaged?
    We strive to ensure every delivery is perfect. The wooden boxes specially made to purpose is to ensure your blooms avoid damage. Should your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us within 4 hours, and we'll arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. Pictures of proof will be important to send along with your complaint.
  10. Can I gift a subscription to someone?
    Absolutely. Our Mandi Bunga subscriptions make wonderful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or just as a thoughtful gesture. You can select the gift option at checkout, and we'll deliver a personalized gift box to your recipient.
